I called ahead of my visit and they were prepared to handle the small problem with my Chromebook keyboard when I arrived. They handled the issue and explained the problem. Very convenient place and speedy service as well. P.S., the issue with the stuck key didn't go away 100% but they at least solved an unforeseen issue...a tiny piece of plastic was stuck between the keys. 🙏

I can't say enough about my delight with Jeff's service. I went in expecting to leave my computer for a week and was out in an hour with a probable fix (it was a "could not duplicate" thing, but he's pretty sure he figured out the problem). He even did a little "tune up" for me, uninstalling unused programs, etc. I would give six stars if I could. Thank you, Jeff.

Extremely poor service and unprofessional. I had come to them with a minor display issue for my laptop. They ended up cracking my display and acting as though doing me a huge favor by replacing it. I was pretty nice about this despite having to cancel some obligations. After two weeks of not having a working laptop, the gentlemen was extremely rude to me and I ended up taking the replacement part home and fixing the laptop myself.
