Mr. Contractor

Mr. Contractor finished our basement about 5 years ago and did a great job. This time they repaired our first and 2nd floors after a pipe burst. Everything was great from start to finish. Communication was excellent. They stayed on budget and on time and they were flexible. We are very pleased and would not hesitate to consider their team for any future projects.

Steve’s team did an excellent job replacing the siding on my West Philly bump out after having some water intrusion issues. His team was professional and clean-up was immaculate. Pricing was very fair and communication with Steve was leagues better than any other contractor I’ve worked with. While I haven’t had a heavy rain yet to test the functionally of the siding, I anticipate I will not have issues given the workmanship of the replacement. As a first time home owner who has been taken advantage of my other contractors, I’m happy to say I’ve found my go-to.

We have worked with Ken and team over 3 homes and many years. Project sizes have ranged from major renovations costing 10s of thousands of dollars to smaller jobs. The team’s work, regardless of project size, is consistently excellent. We have had horrible contractors in the past and I’m so glad that we found this team. They are honest, don’t cut corners, and are willing to make changes to ensure we’re happy. Attached is the most recent work they did for us—they remediated mold we discovered in our kitchen, replaced the tile backsplash and added a beverage faucet and filter. Thanks guys!
