We have been using Universal Repair for 5 + years and have referred them to family. The mechanics are thorough and the price is always fair. I’ve moved since I started using them and we still travel the extra distance to them to take care of our vehicles.

The team at Universal Auto Repair always gets my car back to me quickly! They do great, quality work. After mechanic shopping for years, it feels great to have found a mechanic I can trust and rely on.

Edit: The service was a waste of time, but the owner's dishonest and aggressive reply to this review is the real red flag. Avoid. The owner is now claiming I only called for a price. This is false. I called to check availability for today (Black Friday). Omitting the fact that you only accept morning drop-offs when I called specifically about that service misled me. This is a critique of their lack of hospitality and professionalism. Called in the morning asking if they would do an inspection and emission test. Told me yes. Came later that afternoon and turned me away telling me I needed to drop it off in the morning another day.
