Pinnacle Auto Repair and Tires

My partner took her car here for a routine emissions inspection. The guy told her there was a huge issue with our cars suspension - specifically a leaking strut - and the repairs would be easily over $1k. Naturally, we decided to get a more thorough second opinion at a dealership. They found that there were no issues, no leaks, nothing that would cause the vehicle to fail inspection. Our car passed inspection the next day. It’s clear this place tried to take advantage of her. We’re never coming back here, and would encourage you to avoid it too. This place spends more time responding to reviews on Google than doing honest work.

How did I not know about Pinnacle before?? This place is great. I didn’t realize my inspection expired until I got a ticket for it. Pinnacle got me in the same day & completed my inspection in 2 hours. They were quick, kind & honest. This will be my go-to place from now on!

I called Pinnacle Auto yesterday and they were able to get me in first thing this morning at 9:30. My inspection was completely done by 11:30, which I really appreciated. I drive a small car, would love a new one, but living in the city it just feels like a waste with all the bumps and scratches and Pinnacle was honest, straightforward, and didn’t try to upsell or rip me off at all. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I’ll definitely be using them again. Appreciate you all!
