Always have what I need and great workers it's not like auto zone with all those rude kids working there everyone at penn city looks alot older and more mature.and I mean that in a good way

Called to get information for parts to buy, lady on the phone could tell I knew nothing and proceeded to return my inquisitions with attitude all because didn’t know my engine. Only had this car for less than month and jut trying to get the parts. Can’t get simple helpful customer service after calling again only for the same rude woman to answer the phone. Been going to this store for years and never dealt with such rude service
