Don's auto is excellent. They are honest with repairs needed and what it would take. They wont try to steer you to make you pay for something tou so not need. Grit work and never had an issue. The whole team is efficient and freidllndly.

The experience here was great! I'll definitely be back. Called in a few days ahead for a simple tire repair, and I was told when they had availability. I dropped the car off early, and I heard from Don with a cost estimate before I got off transit. The repair took only a couple of hours, and they even took the time to put air in all of my tires for me! Pricing was solid, it was a little under what I'd expect to pay at the dealership and reasonable for being in the city.

I went into the shop with the intention of asking questions regarding their state inspection process, but immediately upon stepping into the space instead of being greeted politely, I was immediately informed in a rude tone to step further into the store because of the sensor located nearby. I had never been to this establishment before so I didn’t know about the sensor and to be immediately scolded as a result was not great customer service. When I got a chance to speak to the woman at the front desk I began asking my questions about their state inspection process and kept getting interrupted stating that their system is a simple pass or fail inspection; the answer was fine but it would’ve been nice to be able to finish my sentences. As the conversation continued, another employee came out and said he would take a look at my car and informed me of what was needed to pass the state inspection; I followed the employee’s advice and was able to pass my inspection! I appreciate the male employee’s support and customer service but disappointed that I wasn’t able to receive services from the establishment I was told was the best from a family member.
