Great deal, but quality was not what I expected. They did not offer to fix but only a leak free guarantee. I was told all of the clips broke off when they removed the molding and all they did was glued it back in place. Theres a 1/4 gap,broken clip and glue was very noticeable, and was not a clean install as I expected. One side sits flush and the other side had a gap. If the clips were broken, why not just replace it!? Now I have this annoying loud wind noise when driving on highway. Beware..... Update: "Adam" responded to this review and offered to resolve the issue, but its all about 1st impressions. I wasted more time waiting and going back and forth. Im to weary to even go back to resolve this....who knows it could 3ven be worse.....Thanks for the offer, but i'll pass and look for another shop.

I had an excellent experience at Jack's. After having 2 windows smashed out of a Friday afternoon right before a holiday weekend I thought I was going to be in a world of financial hurt. A quote I received for a replacement from a national chain nearly made me cry. Luckily Jack's was recommended to me. Not only were they SIGNIFICANTLY less costly — they also had a quicker turnaround time. They literally had my windows replaced less than a day after returning from the holiday. On a personal note, I very much enjoyed chatting with the staff here. They're a nice bunch of guys and they have the most adorably outgoing shop cats. Apparently this place has been around 50 years, and if they keep on like this I feel the odds are good they'll be around for 50 more!
