Masala kitchen : Kati rolls and Platters

I recently visited this Indian food junction in Philadelphia and was pleasantly surprised by their delicious kati rolls. I opted for the Chicken Keema roll, which was incredibly tasty. While I selected to have it as a take away order, I found the atmosphere of the place to be rather bland. The walls were almost empty, and I believe there’s potential for them to be repurposed to showcase the brand’s story and create a more inviting ambiance. Nevertheless, if you’re looking for a casual spot to enjoy some Indian food and engage in a friendly conversation, this place is a great choice. I’m eager to try more dishes here in the future, but for now, the Chicken Keema kati rolls were absolutely delicious.

I got a to go order of the masala roll in brown "bread" with eatra onions. The sauces were kinda meh. I've had a lot of fast food Indian food - most of it toyally sucks. This is literally the only time I've had good fusion Indian fast food. I thought the food was gonna suck. Wow. Blown away. It was spicy, flavorful, light... I can't say enough good things about this place. Good on you!

THE FRIDAY/SATURDAY/SUNDAY NIGHT LATE SHIFT CREW IS INCREDIBLE. I wholeheartedly vouch for Masala Kitchen as a whole, but these guys in particular someone manage to be everywhere all at once while still keeping up the impeccable quality that i’ve come to expect with Masala Kitchen over the years. Thank you guys so much for your service & honestly some of the most welcoming & truly heartwarming hospitality in city brothers!
