I want to be very clear about the experience I had. The employee I interacted with—an individual working in the office, a slim Black male with light brown eyes whose name I did not obtain—spoke to me like trash. His tone and manner were disrespectful, degrading, and completely unacceptable, especially while I was dealing with the emotional distress of having my vehicle stolen. No customer should ever be treated in this way. I am confident I am not the only individual who has experienced this behavior. Conduct of this nature should not be tolerated in a customer-facing environment, and I believe it warrants immediate corrective action, up to and including termination, to ensure this does not happen again. As someone who works in the automotive industry and is a part owner of a dealership, I frequently require parts and had seriously considered doing business with your company prior to this interaction. After this experience, I no longer feel comfortable doing so. This type of conduct not only affects individual customers but also results in the loss of long-term, repeat business. I also want to note that Vinny was the only individual who demonstrated professionalism and attempted to de-escalate the situation. He showed empathy, strong customer service skills, and represented your company well during a very difficult moment for me. He is the sole reason I chose not to move forward with filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Vinny truly made your business look good and is a valuable asset who should be recognized and retained. This feedback is being shared with the expectation that it will be taken seriously and addressed appropriately. - In response to what you said I didn’t have a problem with the company policy. I had an issue with the way I was spoke to! He totally disrespected me.
Don’t shop with them very unprofessional no sense of urgency they will play in your face I ordered a used rim for$150 they made me make a deposit of $25 plus a dollar for thier credit card machine totaling $26 which is illegal but no big deal needed the part they told me they will pull the part and give me a call when it was ready this was at 11 am by 5 at the end of their work day the part still not available ok kool I’ll come in tomorrow nope I call in the morning 11am 24 hours later and they still don’t know when the part will be pulled because they pull in order of request and because its NYE they closing early and probably closed New Year’s Day my issue if you knew all this why not tell the customer up front you made it seem like it was pay your deposit they pull your part but no they got frustrated with me cause I was asking questions about timeline and pretty much hung up on me and refunded my deposit
I called them on the phone. Asked them for a HEAD UNIT. They said they had it. Put a $20 deposit down. Went to pick it up. It was a mid screen. Told them this wasnt it. Came back again after they said they had it. Same part. Told me it was a reasonable mistake. I understood. They then told me they cant get my part and would issue a refund. That was aug 20. Have yet to see anything about the refund
