I went in with an older laptop to ask about installing Windows 11 and after an honest, pressure-free conversation, l left with a new laptop (old one had a corrupted hard drive) and updated security software that made far more sense for my needs - without the big box experience. David Kim, the owner, was knowledgeable , low-key and encouraged me to call anytime for assistance when needed. Recently retired from years of having institutional support, it's reassuring to have a trusted go-to person. HIGHLY recommended for any and all skill levels.

David is amazing! He was efficient, diligent and very understanding. My computer crashed days before I had final exams for college. And David diagnosed my computer quickly and was very informative about what problems my computer was experiencing. Communication and contact was easy and price was very fair as well!
